What information we collect
- Enquiry details: your name, business name, phone number, email address, town and what you need help with, when you fill in our form, call or email us.
- Payment review information: card processing statements and details of your current setup that you send us, which may include merchant numbers, transaction volumes and the fees you pay.
- Application information: if you decide to go ahead with a provider, the details they need to open your account. This can include business owners' names, dates of birth, home addresses, identity documents, bank details and trading information.
- Customer and support records: notes of our conversations, the products you use and any support we give you.

Who we share it with
- Payment, EPOS and funding providers. If you choose to go ahead, we pass your details to the provider you select so they can assess and open your account. They will carry out their own identity, credit and anti-money-laundering checks and will use your information under their own privacy policy.
- Service providers who help us run the business, such as our email, website hosting, telephone and email marketing providers, and our accountants. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
- Authorities, where we are required to by law.
We never sell your personal information.
Transfers outside the UK
Some of our service providers store information outside the UK. Where this happens, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or approved contract terms.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't go ahead: up to 2 years from our last contact.
- Customer records: for as long as you are a customer, then up to 6 years to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
- Statements sent for a review: only as long as needed to complete the review and any application that follows.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or transfer it to someone else. You can object to us using it, and withdraw any consent you've given, at any time. To make a request, contact us using the details above. We'll respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Cookies
Our website does not use cookies to track you or for advertising. Our web fonts are provided by Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google when the page loads. If we add analytics or other cookies in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
Keeping your information safe
We use secure, password-protected systems and limit access to the people who need it. Please don't send full card numbers by email. We never need them for a payment review.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
